Possibly not the best week to select Cesc Fabregas, eh ? If you chose Steve Mounie or Sam Vokes, you have permission to be smug.

Everton paid 45 million quid for Sigurdsson. How much ??? He's a very good player BUT Mooy cost 10million. Compare and contrast. Sigurdsson is not 4.5 times as good. Hope that his Fantasy League price does not reflect his transfer fee.

Just a reminder that since I was the first to mention the return of fantasy football, I am allowed to win the competition. So please be careful and stay a few points back each week. :hello: :ty:

I hereby undertake to be at least one point behind JoeyB all season ... until the final week ... when I thrash the c***. (I, Bing, of disturbingly sound mind, 19th August, 2017)

Hullo I'm at some friends' house, Helen and Steve. They've formally applied to join the League we have here. Under the name Partisan Pontefract - for the competition. Whereas I'm pessimistically selecting players that might get points against HTFC, they're taking the opposite route. We both had a good-ish week after a 0-0 draw. My captain, Harry Kane, has still not scored a Premier League goal in August, I heard.

Thank goodness for captain Harry Kane's 2 goals, would have been a disastrous week otherwise. West Ham 2 Hudders 0, probably a fair result. Our first poor performance this season. Antonio was the only player to show Premier League quality. If he stays fit, he'll be worth considering for transfer.

So you'll make a trade once every three months? :lols:

As for Wayne Rooney, I bet he will flourish back at Everton.

As for my beloved Chelsea, can someone explain wtf is happening with their bizarre summer transfer inactivity.

Everton 0 Burnley 1.
Rooney hardly flourished today ... on the bench.
