Top ten favourite songs by..

I was reading the Guardian online newspaper as I do every day and noticed they have a regular feature whereby they get one of their journalists to do a top 10 favourite songs by one of their favourite bands/singers.

I think this would be a good idea for our blog on here,so if anyone wants to list their top 10 favourite songs by their favourite singers,list them here and I will add them to the blog.

It would be better if you gave a description or some comment about each song listed.

Example guardian duran duran.

*Obviously you don't have to go into as much detail as that journo did.

Dunno if there'll be ten of 'em, but here's some (in no order) :

1) 'Jigsaw Feeling' by Siouxsie And The Banshees. I think it's about mental confusion, (but you can't really tell, as with a lot of their stuff) but I like the 'attack' of it.

2) 'Transmission' by Joy Division. Normally I don't like repetition in songs, but the way it's used in this shows annoyance and so at least there's a point to it.

You're doing it wrong seany,I don't want anyones top 10 songs,I want their top 10 songs from a band/singer they like. One they know well enough that they may even add b-sides or album tracks to the list.

eg: top 10 Barry White,top 10 Lionel Ritchie,Top 10 Rolling Stones,Top 10 Bros,well you get the point.
